Cleavel Point located on the stunning Isle of Purbeck. A private beach venue with views across to Brownsea Island. Set in woodland and meadows that roll down to the waters edge, the venue offers basic camping pitches (Friday & Saturday) for tents, vans, and motorhomes (max size 7m) located within our camping field at Cleavel Point. For the MTB & Gravel enthusiast, Cleavel Point has direct access to super fun trails over Brenscombe Hill and views to Corfe Castle. The trails then snake back through pine forest within the Rempstone Estate.
All participants will have access to free SUP lessons and land based workshops on the Saturday including SUP Beginner, SUP Masterclass, and SUP Yoga. These lessons are not compulsory but on offer for those participants that are joining us for the weekend. The lessons will run from 9am – 2pm and your friends and family can purchase a water access pass if they would like lessons.
Your SUPBIKERUN main event is staged on the Sunday. When you book your ticket you can select your start time 8am, 9am, or 10am. Long distance participants can only start at 8am or 9am.

If you are using your own paddle board for the event and you are happy for us to use your board for another participant once you have finished your SUP then select this option when booking your ticket to save £10!

The Standard distance course includes 3K SUP, 15K mountain bike course, and 5K trail run. Based on average level of fitness, the SUP can be completed within 30mins, the bike within 1hr30, and the run within 30mins.
The Long distance course includes 6K SUP, 30K mountain bike course, and 10K trail run. Based on average level of fitness, the SUP can be completed within 1hr, the bike within 3hrs, and the run within 1hr.
From Cleavel Point it’s flat decent trails for 4km as you head round to Brand’s Point and then climb up towards Black Down. This classic mountain bike and gravel trail has two main hill sections, broken up with a small section of road and then the feed station at 8km. As you pass the feed station, you then commence your main climb, a great test for your legs up the Purbeck Way to the top of Godlingstone Hill.

All camping for this event will be booked directly with SUPBIKERUN and EtchRock. Our camping field offers basic level grass pitches for tents, vans, and motorhomes. We will have basic shower and toilet facilities available within the main camping field and beverages and snacks by SUP N SIP. We will also have a mobile pizza van offering lunch and evening meals on Saturday and Sunday (lunch only Sunday).
